Your credit card will be charged CAD$897.75 on the first shipment followed by billing & shipments every 3
months at CAD$897.75, (20% discount on Retail Price) or $299.25 per box.
The Guardian Connect Transmitter and 3 boxes of Guardian Sensor (3) will be included in the first shipment. Each
box includes 5 sensors.
Cancel subscription anytime within after the first 90 days and will only be charged for sensors that have been
shipped by Medtronic prior to cancellation. You must also return your transmitter to Medtronic otherwise you
will be charged CAD $599 for the cost of your Guardian™ Connect transmitter. If you cancel your subscription
after 90 days, you will be charged for sensors that have been shipped by Medtronic prior to cancellation and you
must return your transmitter to Medtronic, however, no additional payments will be required. Going forward,
normal retail pricing for your future Guardian Sensor (3) purchases will apply. Sensors already shipped are non-
refundable and not returnable.
