Your credit card will be charged monthly installments of CAD$319.20, starting with first shipment and every
month for the 11 remaining months (20% discount on Retail Price).
The Guardian Connect Transmitter and 1 box of Guardian Sensor (3) will be included in the first shipment. Each
box includes 5 sensors.
Cancel subscription anytime within the first 90 days and will only be charged for sensors that have been
shipped by Medtronic prior to cancellation. You must also return your transmitter to Medtronic otherwise you
will be charged CAD $599 for the cost of your Guardian™ Connect transmitter. If you cancel your subscription
after 90 days, you will be charged for sensors that have been shipped by Medtronic prior to cancellation and you
must return your transmitter to Medtronic, however, no additional payments will be required. Going forward,
normal retail pricing for your future Guardian Sensor (3) purchases will apply. Sensors already shipped are non-
refundable and not returnable.
